MISSION STATEMENT
	We believe in building young men up for the greater good. We realize what a vital role athletics play in the educational system in Texas. The mission of the Sunnyvale Athletic Department is to provide a solid foundation for competitive and personal excellence. In competition these young men will learn the values that will transfer over into their adult lives. Our goal is to produce men who will leave Sunnyvale and exemplify what it means to be a good employee, an honorable husband and caring father. We will strive to preach humility in victory and graciousness in defeat. With all things in place and focusing on doing what is "right", an era of great men will be produced. With the help of our student athletes, our student body, faculty, parents and supporters, we all will become champions.


	"THE ROCK" THE RAINS CAME, THE WINDS BLEW AND THE WATERS ROSE BUT THE HOUSE REMAINED STEADFAST AND UNSHAKEN. THIS BECAUSE THE FOUNDATION THAT HAD BEEN LAID WAS BUILT UPON THE ROCK. This 2010 football season will begin the foundation process. No matter what trials or successes come our way our house will be built upon the sweat, blood and tears of today!
